This renovation involved a historic Halifax home that experienced challenges with flooding during the rainy seasons.

Its primary aim was twofold: to mitigate flooding risks and create a conducive environment for focused, solitary work. The workspace features a textured concrete floor, monolithic entry step, and custom lighting fixtures meticulously designed and crafted in-house, aiming to achieve a thoughtful approach to every detail.
